Young readers are invited to lose themselves on a journey through history, seeking people and objects with stories to tell across nine different eras.
Follow two kids and their cheeky puppy on a chase across time in this fascinating and funny interactive introduction to grand, gritty, and gruesome history by debut author-illustrator Clara Booth. Spanning from ancient times to the 20th century, this book combines the seek-and-find fun of Where's Wally? with the irreverent hilarity of Horrible Histories.
Readers will seek across nine amazing locations, from the palaces of ancient Egypt to the Roman Colosseum, the dirty streets of Tudor London to the chaos of the French Revolution, to discover key people and objects from the time and place. Supported by well-researched and playfully told facts, this book provides insight into what the reader has found.
Lost and Found in History is a tasty sample of world history that will delight young history lovers.
