Jiggles, Jumbles and a Case of the Jitters by Alistair Lawson tells the story of Jimmy, Jack, and Jane, who have something in common – they all have a secret. The secret? They all think they are different from everyone else around them. Jimmy can’t sit still, Jack can’t read, and as for Jane, she is so nervous about everything that she’s too scared to try anything!

The three become friends as they explore a new hobby, Taekwondo. Through the breathing and movement exercises that their Sensei teaches them, they each realise that everyone is different and that’s what makes us all the same.

This is a heart-warming tale of struggle, finding friends, and ultimately, finding oneself.
