We are delighted to report that our great friend Alastair (also known as AI 🤖) has joined the Book Hero team full-time while he takes a break from medical school. Al has been a friend and colleague of Dylan's for nearly 20 years, and has been a key person supporting Book Hero with his logistics, warehousing and software development expertise since before we sold our first book.
Al's finger prints are already all over our store and operations, but we're very lucky to have him join the team full time and we can't wait to see what we achieve together 🚀
Alastair's love for reading and learning extends beyond medical textbooks. His latest obsession was the Remembrance of Earth's Past series by Liu Cixin (Three-Body Problem). His top book picks include Delivering Happiness, Being Mortal, Project Hail Mary, The Dark Forest and The Name of the Wind.
