A delinquent’s gotta do what he’s gotta do…in the afterlife.

YuYu Hakusho, Vol. 14 follows Yusuke Urameshi, a tough teen delinquent whose life changed forever with one selfless act—by ending it. Yusuke died saving a young boy from a speeding car, leaving the afterlife uncertain about his fate. Given a second chance, Yusuke becomes a ghost with a mission, tasked with performing good deeds under the guidance of Botan, the ferrywoman of the River Styx, and Koenma, the pacifier-sucking judge of the dead.

With the Dark Tournament long behind, Yusuke and his team find themselves embroiled in a new dilemma. A mysterious figure is attempting to fulfil Sakyo's vision of opening a gateway from the demon realm into the human world. Energies from this sinister world are already beginning to leak through. The group journeys to Swarm City, which is teeming with gruesome insects visible only to those with a well-honed sixth sense.

As the pursuit unfolds, Yusuke and his friends end up in a hospital hunting down a malevolent doctor who employs demonic bugs to spread disease. It becomes a frantic race against time with the lives of an entire hospital's patients in peril!
