As Editorial Director of Telos Publishing, he revolutionized Doctor Who literature and won multiple awards, including the World Fantasy Award. His work spans over thirty-five Doctor Who books, countless magazine articles, and consulting roles for BBC merchandise. Beyond Who, he's an accomplished horror fiction writer and former Chair of the British Fantasy Society.
