At his new high school, Makoto quickly befriends popular tomboy Ito Miura, who shares his passion for drama. Ito is the only student who knows Makoto's secret—but could their friendship be something more?

When Makoto falls ill with a fever, his friends' concern threatens to expose his secret to the entire school, risking his dreams and potentially forcing him to return home.
