W Juliet, Vol. 3 follows the story of Makoto Amano, who dreams of becoming an actor. However, his stern father has laid out an unusual condition: Makoto must spend the last two years of high school disguised as a girl in order to chase his dream.

At his new high school, Makoto quickly befriends Ito Miura, a popular tomboy and fellow drama enthusiast, who is the only student to discover his secret. But could there be more than just friendship between them?

During a high school field trip to an amusement park, Ito and Makoto decide to switch clothes to spend time together. Their plan is jeopardised when a classmate sees through their disguise, putting their friendship at risk.

Back at the drama club, the arrival of a new, cute student, Kohei, complicates matters further. Kohei is determined to win over the "woman" of his dreams, who happens to be Makoto!
