About the Author
TTTism is headed by Maxime Plescia-Buchi, an artist whose work spans tattooing, typography, clothing design, creative direction and publishing. He founded Sang Bleu in 2006, and, though it began as a highly influential avant garde magazine, it has solidified as a global art project. Nicholas Schonberger is an academic, journalist and author. His work on tattooing has informed museum exhibitions (notably โSkin and Bones: Tattoos and the American Sailorโ โ Independence Seaport Museum, Philadelphia, USA, 2009) and featured in both books and magazines.
