Grounded in sociological insights, this book unpacks how internalised oppressions – racism, sexism, classism, and more – create a persistent ‘noise’ that limits our ability to connect, collaborate, and dream. But it also offers hope: by recognising and addressing this noise, and being honest about our own collusion in others’ oppression, we can make space for dialogue, healing, and transformation – a foundation for imagining and building radical new ways of relating.
