About the Author
Insight Editions is a pop-culture publisher based in San Rafael, CA.
Elmer has been working as a manga/comic book illustrator in the Philippines since 2000. His first professional work was for the locally made Culture Crash Comics' Cat's Trail and One Day Isang Diwa. He also worked as the artist on Dragonbreed for Black Ink Comics (alongside his wife who is the creator and writer). His most notable works for international companies are: Seven Seas Entertainment's Unearthly, Ravenskull, Speed Racer, Ninja Diaries, and Seven Beautiful Assassins. He also worked for Lego/DC's Hero Factory Comics, Dynamite Comics' Robotech Voltron, and Titan Comics' Robotech Remix series. He also work as character designer and illustrator for various Soda Pop Miniatures/Ninja Division tabletop games such as Super Dungeon Explore, Relic Knights, Ninja All Stars, Robotech Tactics, and Rail Raiders. He's been a contributing artist for K-Zone Philippines' various articles, How To Draws and the K-LEB comics segment. He is currently still working as a contributing artist for K-Zone Australia. His last prominent work was Horizon Zero Dawn Liberation for Titan Comics.
