Remnant includes pieces by commissioned well-known writers from Australia and abroad, as well as new voices unearthed through the national Microlit Award named in honour of experimental poet Joanne Burns. The anthology features an introduction by innovative writer and poet, Hazel Smith.

She co-authored with Paul Hetherington Prose Poetry: An Introduction (Princeton University Press, 2020) and the Anthology of Australian Prose Poetry (Melbourne University Press, 2020).
