About the Author
Former travel editor at Town & Country, in 2007 Melissa Biggs Bradley founded the luxury trip-planning company and travel media platform Indagare, which curates transformative travel experiences around the world. She has explored more than 115 countries and often leads Indagare Insider Journeys, curated small-group itineraries centered on diverse passion points—from art, design, history, and culture to food, wine, and outdoor adventures. Bradley is the author of Vendome's Safari Style and hosts a travel podcast, Passport to Everywhere. Guido Taroni is a leading photographer specializing in fashion and interiors. Inspired by his uncle, renowned fashion photographer Giovanni Gastel, Taroni has forged a characteristic style that has seen his work regularly exhibited as well as featured in iconic design publications such as T Magazine, Cabana, The World of Interiors, and Architectural Digest. He is the great-nephew of Luchino Visconti, director of the classic 1963 film The Leopard, set in Sicily. His many books for Vendome include Inside Sicily, Inside Tangier, Inside Milan, Inside Yucatán, and Safari Style, among others. He lives in Milan.
