Midoriya inherits the superpower of the world's greatest hero, but greatness won't come easy.

In a world where 80 percent of the population has manifested extraordinary abilities known as "Quirks," society has changed dramatically. Heroes and villains clash daily, utilising their powers in battles that both protect and endanger the populace. Aspiring heroes attend U.A. High School, where they are trained to harness their Quirks and fight for justice. However, what becomes of those few, like Izuku Midoriya, who are born without a Quirk?

My Hero Academia, Vol. 36 continues to explore this thrilling universe where the students of U.A. High face their most perilous challenges yet. As the plan to confront the villains on the heroes' terms reaches a critical phase, the narrative shifts to multiple battlefronts across Japan. The stakes are higher than ever as the heroes, both seasoned professionals and fledgling students, must confront formidable adversaries.

Shoto Todoroki finds himself in an intense showdown with his brother, Dabi, whose fiery rage threatens to consume everything in his path. The battle is fraught with emotional and physical peril as family ties are tested in the crucible of combat.

Meanwhile, the Pro Heroes Endeavor and Hawks strive to turn the tides against the sinister All For One. However, the villainous mastermind remains steps ahead, revealing a cunning plan that pushes them to their limits.

On another front, Tomura Shigaraki, with his newly enhanced body, targets the floating U.A. campus. The young heroes stationed there hold the line, each of them stepping into critical roles that could dictate the fate of their school and, ultimately, the world.

With dynamic action sequences, deep emotional arcs, and the ever-present question of what it means to be a true hero, My Hero Academia, Vol. 36 delivers an exhilarating addition to Kohei Horikoshi's beloved series. Fans will be captivated by the relentless pace and the evolution of characters they have come to admire and love.
