Making Rumours
On the 50th anniversary of Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, a rare insight into the making of one of the greatest albums of all time
As one of the top selling albums of all time, it has become an iconic cornerstone album, one that never gets old.
Ken Caillat, the album's co-producer, offers us an incredibly rare, front-row seat into the recording studio where Rumours was born. Through Ken, we witness first-hand the relationships, the endless partying, and the creative struggles that took place whilst he and the band recorded Dreams, Don't Stop, Go Your Own Way, The Chain, and other timeless tracks.
Discover how the breakdown of two couples within the band made the songs what they are. Find out how the band's collective excesses led to some of the most successful recording sessions and why Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham had a screaming match while recording You Make Loving Fun.
Featuring 80 exclusive photos, Making Rumours shows how Fleetwood Mac found their voice for the first time, amidst heartbreak, divorce, addiction, and betrayal.
