Maria Isabel Sanchez Vegara, born in Barcelona, Spain, is a writer and creative director in constant search of new concepts for children's books and the author of the multimillion-copy bestselling Little People, BIG DREAMS series of picture books that explore the lives of outstanding people. Working for more than fifteen years for clients in top advertising agencies, her books combine creativity with learning, aiming to establish a new and fresh relationship between children and pop culture. Janna Morton is an award winning illustrator whose colorful work focuses on themes of nature, inclusivity, overlooked beauty, grief, and joy. Janna's work has been honored by American Illustration and CMYK Magazine's Top New Creatives. Her work has been exhibited in the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Fantagraphics Bookstore and Gallery, Light Grey Art Lab, and Spur Gallery. Her work has been featured on Print Mag, Brown Paper Bag, The Fox is Black, and Buzzfeed. She will be an artist in residence at the Illustration Institute in 2021 and Trailer Blaze in 2022.
