Jane Doe and the Quill of All Tales
Jane Doe and the Quill of All Tales introduces us to Jane Doe, who is no ordinary girl. A child of three ancient gods, she can control the Manor, a sacred labyrinthine realm between worlds. However, it seems the Manor has been controlling her lately, and Jane is terrified of what that could mean.
When Jane discovers she’s the rightful heir to a powerful, long-lost relic, she must cast her fears aside and embark on another extraordinary adventure. The relic—the Phantom Quill—is said to grant visions of every future in every world. In the right hands, it serves as a tool for good. In the wrong hands, a weapon of chaos. A power-hungry cult leader is already hot on its trail.
With her girlfriend, Violet, their pal, Aki, and the mysterious Winifred Robin, Jane must journey through the booby-trapped halls of the Manor to the steamy jungles of Vahru, a land on the edge of ruin. Together, they face quicksand pits, swamps, ravenous beasts, and crumbling ancient cities. Deadliest of all, there's the cult and its prophetic High Priest. Why does he want the Quill so desperately? And why does Jane feature so prominently in his nefarious plans?
This time, if Jane wants to save the Otherworlds, she may have to make the ultimate sacrifice. Destiny—let alone the Manor—may not be on her side, after all...

About the Author
Jeremy Lachlan was born and raised on Wiradjuri country, in Griffith, New South Wales, Australia. A former bookseller, he completed his honours degree in creative writing at the University of Canberra, and now calls Sydney home. His debut novel, Jane Doe and the Cradle of All Worlds, was the Australian Book Industry Award winner for Book of the Year for Older Children, and its sequel, Jane Doe and the Key of All Souls, was shortlisted for the same award. The Jane Doe Chronicles have been published locally and internationally. But all this pales in comparison to the $100 he once took home in a karaoke competition.
He came up with the idea for the Jane Doe Chronicles while lost in the Cairo Museum.
