About the Author

Mark Bulgutch worked for CBC News for over thirty-five years. He is the recipient of fourteen Gemini Awards, four Radio Television News Directors Association Awards, and the Canadian Journalism Foundation Award of Excellence and the Canadian Association of Broadcasters Gold Ribbon Award. Canadian voices are highlighted in his previous books, That’s Why I’m a Journalist and That’s Why I’m A Doctor (Douglas & McIntyre, 2015 and 2018) and the national bestseller, Extraordinary Canadians (Simon & Schuster, 2020) co-authored with Peter Mansbridge. He lives in Toronto, ON. Peter Mansbridge served as the former chief correspondent for CBC News for more than twenty years. He has three children and lives with his family in Stratford, Ontario.
