Kashi Kamitoma is a Japanese-to-English translator with a background in both education and the corporate sector. After first working in translation over a decade ago, Kashi returned to the field in 2022, inspired by the global shift during the pandemic to pursue meaningful work. What began as a side endeavor quickly became a full-time freelance career, and Kashi has now spent more than four years honing expertise in bridging Japanese creators with English-speaking audiences.

Passionate about storytelling and cultural exchange, Kashi is dedicated to helping creators reach new readers and expand their fan base. With every project, the goal is simple: to bring more story-lovers into the fold and ensure that voices working in Japanese are heard, appreciated, and celebrated worldwide.
