A funny take on core science topics with a little help from animals ...
Written by humour and science expert Paul Mason and hilariously illustrated throughout by Pipi Sposito, this series combines mischievous animal antics with essential science learning.
Each topic is explored through the eyes of one particular animal, and the main humour is derived from the unlikely and incongruous scenario of how a particular animal encounters a specific scientific experience or theme. For example, I Wouldn’t Let a Bear Build a House includes a panda trying to eat in zero gravity, run science experiments, exercise in space, live on board a space station, and attempt a spacewalk, as well as launch a spaceship.
And there's some fun animal facts integrated within the spreads, too.

About the Author
Paul Mason (Author)
Paul's books cover a wide range of subjects, from whether the Romans ate crisps to how to build the world's best skatepark, but he writes mostly about sport. Whether you are interested in swimming, cycling, snowboarding, surfing or another sport, Paul has probably written something that will inspire you to get out and give it a try. Paul writes in a shack by the beach, which he shares with his one-eyed surf dog, Daisy.Pipi Sposito (Illustrator) Pipi was born in Buenos Aires in the fabulous 60's and has always drawn. As a little child, he used to make plasticine figures too. He took them along to school as a hobby and at the age of 19 he found out he could earn a living by drawing. Pipi started designing humor magazines and was surrounded by the original drawings of many experimented artists. At the same time, he was encouraged to publish his own works. His curiosity lead him from then onwards. Pipi's drawings are usually funny and expressive. He develops cartoons and children's illustration in different artistic styles, and also 3D figures and puppets. He does some caricaturing as well, and he has done character design for animation, key animation and layouts. Pipi listens to music when he works. He loves Zappa, Bowie, Queen and he is fond of Progressive Rock. Also by Paul Mason
