About the Author
Claire Zorn is the multi-award-winning author of four books for young adults and the author-illustrator of No Place for an Octopus. Her young adult books have been shortlisted for the Children’s Book Council of Australia Awards, the Aurealis Awards and the Inky Awards. Her second young adult novel, The Protected, won the 2015 Prime Minister’s Literary Award for Young Adult Fiction, among other accolades. Claire lives on the south coast of New South Wales with her husband and two sons.
