About the Author

Ainslie Murray is a Senior Lecturer in the Architecture Discipline at UNSW Sydney.

Xing Ruan has been Professor of Architecture at UNSW Sydney since 2004. He is the author of Allegorical Architecture and New China Architecture, and co-editor, with Ronald Knapp, of the book series Spatial Habitus: Making and Meaning in Asia’s Architecture.
