Well, they're trying to do it for money, but Huck's morals and Marley's bloodlust usually lead to somewhat astray outcomes.

Huck and Marley help people, in theory anyway... For some reason, their "help" always seems to involve massive amounts of property damage, a guaranteed collision with the supernatural and, if Marley has his way, a huge body count. They’re the Gunpowder Prophets, and a simple job rescuing a girl from a backwoods cult turns weird when the super groovy leader's supernatural powers turn out to be very, very real.

About the Author

Justin Jordan (Luther Strode, Spread, Dead Body Road) broke into comics with the Image series The Strange Talent of Luther Strode. Since no one threw him back out after said break-in, he has gone on to work for every major comics publisher. He is owned by two cats, George and Tom.

Patrick has worked for Aftershock comics, Darkhorse comics, Archie comics, and some Marvel snap cards for the noir series. He's the co-creator of Monsters Are My Business and Those Not Afraid, published by Dark Horse Comics.

Taylor Esposito is multi-award winning comic book lettering professional, owner of Ghost Glyph Studios, and teacher at the legendary Kubert School. A former staff letterer at DC and production artist at Marvel, he has lettered titles such as Red Hood and The Outlaws, Robin Lives!, and Harley Quinn The Eat KILL Bang Tour; Flash Gordon, Edenfrost (Mad Cave Studios), Exorsisters, Drawing Blood (Image); Babyteeth, Maniac of New York, Bunny Mask (Aftershock); No One Left to Fight and Survival Street (Dark Horse).
