Futari Switch, Vol. 3 follows the intriguing body swap saga between Shinichi and Ichigo. Shinichi, inhabiting Ichigo's body, and Ichigo, in Shinichi's, find themselves on a double date with Yuuto and Rino. The complexities of their swapped lives become even more entangled during their outing.

While keeping an eye on Rino, the pair inadvertently enters a hotel district, only to confront the gang known as Da Second Sonz. A tense confrontation ensues as gang member Yajirou corners Ichigo. In a dramatic twist, the body-swap reverts at a critical moment, adding yet another layer of excitement and mystery to their adventure.
