Book Hero Magic crafted this summary to help describe this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Summary
Daily Dishonesty: Bacon Is a Food Group (Paper Placemats) by Lauren Hom features a collection of charming, hand-lettered ironic statements celebrating the harmless little lies we tell ourselves daily. Designed as paper placemats, these witty pieces combine humour and style, perfect for parties, brunches, or a solo lunch at work. Some playful claims, such as "Cake Is Mostly Air," might bend the truth but add a delightful touch to any table setting or kitchen wall when framed.

Culled from the award-winning blog-turned-book Daily Dishonesty, this pad of tear-out paper placemats includes five different hand-lettered designs (all humorously food-related).

Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Lauren Hom, author of Daily Dishonesty (an award-winning blog-turned-book), celebrates the harmless little lies we tell ourselves every day. With gorgeously hand-lettered type, Lauren transforms ironic statements into pin-able pieces of inspiration.

Ideal for parties, brunch, or a stylish lunch-for-one at work, these paper placemats offer convincing reasons to indulge just a little bit more. Some of them, like "Cake Is Mostly Air," are probably not true, but they look pretty under a plate and can even do double-duty as inexpensive kitchen-wall art (a sheet fits into a standard 12 x 18" frame).
