Evil creatures called Nemeses fall from the skies, and the only ones who can fight them are Wizards—infected ones who survived a Nemesis's corruption. Seth, one of these survivors, vows not only to fight the Nemeses, but to find their mythical nest, Radiant, and destroy it!

During his ongoing quest for Radiant, Seth is reunited with his long-lost brothers, only to wind up facing a perplexing personal dilemma. He also spends further time in the mystical realm of the Sidh, where he learns more of its mysteries.

As for fugitive Inquisition officer Dragunov and his team, they attempt to sabotage the Inquisition’s anti-Fantasia devices and encounter an unexpected enemy—or maybe an ally?

Meanwhile, Seth’s friend Doc discovers what it means to be one of the Droplet Kids and learns how they fare in the slums of the great city of Bôme.
