Patina Homes introduces the Giannetti client homes, showcasing a variety of architectural styles imbued with the distinctive patina style.

For anyone who has appreciated the Giannetti books about Patina Farm, this book continues the aesthetic across different styles. Steve Giannetti’s architectural designs originate from his vision of ultimate beauty—a fusion of modern, classical and industrial elements, creating a unique style with a modern sense of space and emotions inspired by history.

His materials palette includes wood, metal, and stone, while his colour palette features a chalky patina. The book showcases twelve varied homes, ranging from a modern desert glass box and a beachfront contemporary to a historic East Coast farmhouse and a Provencal-style home in California. Each home demonstrates how Steve has applied these themes to address unique architectural challenges.

Steve collaborates with his wife, Brooke, and other designers on various interiors, blending their styles to achieve harmonious and inspiring living spaces.
