Mango and Hopscotch - The Inspiring Story of a Brave Kangaroo and her Joey Rescued from Floodwaters by Sophie Cunningham tells the heartwarming tale of Mango and Hopscotch, who reside in a lush tropical forest by the river's edge. Together, they munch on grass and relax in the inviting shade.

One day, as the mob grazes peacefully, the sky darkens with rain. Lightning cracks and thunder roars as the heavens open. The gentle river becomes a raging torrent, bursting its banks and threatening their home.

Inspired by incredible true events, this story captures the courage of a kangaroo and her joey as they are rescued from the relentless floodwaters.

For readers who enjoyed this story, consider also Tippy and Jellybean - The True Story of a Brave Koala Who Saved Her Baby from a Bushfire, and Flipper and Finnegan - The True Story of How Tiny Jumpers Saved Little Penguins.
