About the Author
Crystal McCreary is a coach, health educator, and yoga and mindfulness educator and teacher trainer. She is the author of the Little Yogi Deck: Simple Practices to Help Kids Move through Big Emotions (Bala Kids, 2021). She is also on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Crystal currently works as a health and wellness educator at a K-12 independent school in New York City while studying to become a psychotherapist in the Mental Health Counseling program at City University of New York–Hunter. Sonali Zohra is an illustrator and author whose work is inspired by her love of nature, mythology, and philosophy, which she combines with her education in fine art, photography, and design.
