On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi comes into possession of an ancestral estate she has never laid eyes on. Yet, upon her arrival, she discovers that three attractive squatters are already residing there, with one seemingly assuming her destined role.

As Himari tries to fulfil her duties, she welcomes four friends to her enigmatic home. However, Aoi, one of the occupants, senses that one of the friends is no longer living. This spirit is rapidly consuming the house's power, evolving into a demon. Can Himari halt its development and secure the safety of her friends?
