He is interested in critical approaches to media and communication, digital labor and social movements. His work has appeared in Communication and Critical/Cultural Studies, Critical Studies in Media Communication and Triple C. Susana Martínez Guillem is Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication & Journalism at the University of New Mexico, USA. Her research interests are in critical discourse studies and cultural studies. Her work has appeared in several internationally recognized journals, including Critical Studies in Media Communication and European Journal of Cultural Studies.
