Gaul was divided into three parts. No, four parts - for one small village of indomitable Gauls still held out against the Roman invaders.

Asterix: Asterix and The Laurel Wreath is the 18th book in the beloved series. In this adventure, Chief Vitalstatistix makes a rash bet with his brother-in-law, the infuriating show-off Homeopathix. He invites Homeopathix to a meal cooked with a very special ingredient: a stew seasoned with Caesar's laurel wreath.

Of course, it is up to Asterix and Obelix to journey to Rome and acquire the coveted wreath, leading them on yet another escapade filled with humour and heroic antics.
