Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Santiago Calatrava is among the most important and influential architects of our times. His candid architecture is polarising yet unmistakable. The trademark of the Spanish architect is sculptural bridge designs that gained international acclaim as a symbiosis of elegant shape vocabulary and engineering master feats, shaping cityscapes in locations such as Jerusalem, Venice, and Dallas.

This book is a special homage to his work: Santiago Calatrava: Bridges features Santiago Calatrava in person, discussing the visions and artistic architectural philosophies behind his unparalleled bridge designs. He also contributes many descriptions of implemented and unimplemented projects, which, together with first drafts, watercolour paintings, as well as high-quality photographs and renderings, document the selected projects.
