Gaul was divided into three parts. No, four parts — for one small village of indomitable Gauls still held out against the Roman invaders.
Asterix: Asterix in Belgium is Book 24 in this beloved series. Chief Vitalstatistix of the little Gaulish village, which continues to resist the might of the Roman legions, is horrified to hear that Caesar has proclaimed the Belgian tribes, not the Gauls, as the bravest he knows.
Joined by Asterix and Obelix, the chief sets off to confront the Belgians — who, much to their surprise, turn out to be very similar to the Gauls.
