Gaul was divided into three parts. No, four parts — for one small village of indomitable Gauls still held out against the Roman invaders.

Asterix: Asterix and The Cauldron (Book 13) takes us to a neighbouring Gaulish Chief, WhosemoralsarelAstix, who asks Vitalstatistix and his villagers to look after a cauldron full of money to keep it out of Roman hands. However, the chief, whose morals are as dubious as his name suggests, is bent on double-crossing everyone, and steals back the cauldron while Asterix is guarding it.

Asterix and Obelix set off to recover the money, embarking on yet another adventurous quest filled with humour and cunning.
