Catwoman Vol. 6: Fear State follows Catwoman as she strives to keep Alleytown safe from the totalitarian forces of The Magistrate, who have come to Gotham in this tie-in with the BATMAN- FEAR STATE event!

Alleytown stands as the last place in the city untouched by The Magistrate's oppressive regime. However, being the last bastion of freedom in a police state makes Selina's kingdom especially alluring to Gotham's rogues. Surrounded on all sides by corrupt law enforcement and faced with a potential invasion by the city's villains, Catwoman worries that her mission to protect Alleytown may instead lead to its downfall. Yet, all is not lost as Batman arrives in Alleytown, breaking the vow he and Selina made to give each other a one-year break.
