Our Book Hero Ambassador @NZBookTokGirl is back with her latest read, and this time it’s ‘Threshing Day’ by Rebecca Yarros. As a huge ‘Fourth Wing’ fan, she had high hopes for this one, but she wasn’t quite prepared for everything waiting inside!
An emotional return to Basgiath that I wasn’t ready for
I went into Threshing Day thinking it would be a fun read. I was not ready for what was about to happen. In a short 224 pages Rebecca filled the book full of information, new knowledge and sent me on an emotional roller coaster that I’m still recovering from…
It was incredible, I was completely immersed back in Bagsiath and as soon as I finished the book I was wanting to do a fourth wing re read to just be back there again.
The artwork in this book is also stunning. Full pages of colourful dragons.. I could stare at these pictures all day.
This one is a must read for Fourth Wing lovers as it adds to much context to the series!! It was absolute perfection!
