Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?
"These are anxious times, and our kids are contending with peer pressure, parents' expectations, and COVID-19 scares. Psychologists Khanna and Kendall present a Coping Cat programme using CBT to manage childrenβs stress and anxiety through the FEAR plan: Feeling, Expectations, Act, and Reward. The book includes child-friendly conversation starters, encouraging parents to coach rather than shield their children. It emphasises building resilience through small successes and modelling skills such as relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation. This reassuring and logical guide, founded on scientific methods, equips children with resourcefulness, optimism, confidence, and a growth mindset." --Booklist
