Trading the comfort and security of his well-loved life in Los Angeles, a young man abandons many of his earthly possessions and takes a sharp left turn from his current track to move to the other side of the world to live and work in Northern Thailand. Why did he decide to go? What did he experience while he was there? Where did he go next? When will he return home?
