Static: Up All Night
VIRGIL (aka STATIC) can do amazing things with his vast array of electrical abilities, but instantly mending a broken heart isn t in his skill set.
Static: Up All Night introduces us to Virgil, also known as Static, who possesses an incredible range of electrical abilities. However, repairing a broken heart is not within his repertoire.
Virgil Hawkins finds himself reeling from a painful breakup. Struggling to move on, his best friend Richie suggests a way to distract him: attending a music festival in their home city, Dakota. But fate has other plans, as his ex turns out to be at the festival too, kicking off a rollercoaster of events.
This leads to an all-night adventure packed with super villains, a diner, a hesitant rapper, and a kleptomaniac who can change size. Along the way, Virgil repeatedly makes questionable decisions. Yet, with his friends' support, he ultimately realises that he can heal from a broken heart.
