A Maori language enthusiast, experienced subtitler, kapa haka exponent and dynamic language teacher at various kura reo throughout Aotearoa, Te Korou also translated the Kings song 'Kei Aro Atu Koe / Don't Worry Bout' It', which featured in the 2019 Waiata Anthems.
