Common-Sense Monster, Vol. 2 follows the story of Itou, who is learning how to be "normal" from her classmate Takahashi. Despite being a monster in disguise, Takahashi is a social butterfly. However, the dynamics take a sinister turn when the very teacher Takahashi killed returns as a monster.

This resurrected Niehara-sensei has a grand plan to eradicate most of humanity and establish a bizarre new society. Faced with this threat, Itou becomes determined to protect everyone's sense of normality and takes a stand against this monstrous vision.
