From the viral TikTok duo, @ADHD_Love, comes a tried-and-tested, no-guilt and no-shame guide to self-love and navigating relationships with ADHD. Dirty Laundry by Richard Pink and Roxanne Pink offers an enlightening and heartwarming look into the complexities and daily struggles of living with ADHD. With a mix of humour, candidness, and heartfelt advice, the authors provide a pathway to transforming self-hatred into self-acceptance and nurturing more understanding and loving relationships.

If you have ADHD—or love someone who does—Dirty Laundry will change your life and your relationships. Do you feel crippling shame because you struggle with cleaning, personal hygiene, or time-keeping? Do you constantly feel misunderstood by those close to you and sense their frustration with your behaviour? This book tackles these questions and more with real-world insights and practical strategies.

Dirty Laundry is an unfiltered look into the chaos of real life with ADHD. It features simple tips that actually work for your brain and aims to educate partners, parents, and friends, helping them move from frustration to patience, understanding, and love. Among the many lessons the book offers, you will learn how to:

  • Stop believing you are fundamentally broken
  • Stop judging yourself by the standards of a neurotypical world
  • Communicate your struggles to those who love you
  • Support someone with ADHD in ways that work for them
  • Be compassionate rather than judgmental
  • And much more

This fearless, often outrageously funny account of life, learning, and growing with ADHD reveals the strategies Richard and Roxanne use to reduce shame, improve communication, and find happiness in their neurodivergent household. With equal parts heartbreak and humour, Dirty Laundry is an invaluable resource for both neurodivergents and the people who love them.

Filled with relatable anecdotes and practical advice, the book not only demystifies ADHD but also empowers readers to live their best lives amidst challenges. It’s more than just a guide; it’s a supportive companion for everyone navigating the often-messy realities of ADHD.
