The Breakup Tour by Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka explores the journey of Riley Wynn, a promising singer-songwriter turned superstar overnight, thanks to her breakup song concept album and its unforgettable lead single. When Riley's ex-husband claims the hit song is about him, she reaches out to Max Harcourt, her college boyfriend and the real inspiration for the summer's anthem, for the first time in ten years.

Max hasn't spoken to Riley since their relationship ended. He is content managing the retirement home his family owns, although it isn’t the music-filled life he once dreamt of. When Riley asks Max to publicly acknowledge that he is her songwriting muse, he agrees—on one condition: he will join her band on tour. About the Author

Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka met in high school and fell in love over a shared passion for Shakespeare. Austin went on to study English at Harvard so he could continue to impress Emily with his literary analysis, while Emily studied adolescent psychology at Princeton. They live in Los Angeles, where they've combined their interests and decided to write stories of high school, literature and first love.
