About the Author

Dani Filth is the lead vocalist, lyricist and founding member of the world's biggest-selling black metal band, Cradle Of Filth. Formed in the early 90s, Cradle have toured the world and played the largest festivals on five continents, releasing 14 albums and selling several million copies to date. Dani has appeared on TV many times and acted in three feature films, working on side projects Devilment and Temple Of The Moon and guesting with artists such as Bring Me The Horizon, Motionless In White and Tarja Turunen. He lives in the witch county of Suffolk and is currently working on a bespoke high-end fashion line, and the new Cradle of Filth album, between tours.

Joel McIver, Dani's co-writer on The Filth, is the author of 35 books on music. He often appears on radio, podcasts and TV.
