Mapmakers and the Enchanted Mountain
Alidade, Lewis, and Blue encounter a young boy named Cado, who brings them to his hidden Mountain village where his people are suffering from a mysterious illness, and Alidade, determined to prove her worth as a Mapmaker, tries to bring balance and magic to the Mountain.
After saving the Valley from the Night Coats, is the newest Mapmaker ready to take the next step and save the rest of the world?
Being a Mapmaker is just as adventurous and magical as Alidade thought it would be. With the help of Lewis and Blue, they're ready to restore magic to the rest of the world outside the Valley and find out what happened to the Memris, the guardians that disappeared when the Night Coats took over.
When the trio comes across Cado, a young boy who brings them to his hidden Mountain village, they soon learn that not everyone is as happy to meet a Mapmaker or a Memri as they thought they would be. Things go from bad to worse when the Night Coats show up nearby, and Alidade realizes she is running out of time.
Alidade is determined to prove her worth as a Mapmaker and bring balance to the Mountain . . . but at what price?
Mapmakers and the Enchanted Mountain by Cameron Chittock and Amanda Castillo continues the thrilling adventure, exploring themes of courage, magic, and the pursuit of balance in a world tinged with darkness.

About the Author
Cameron Chittock is a writer of comics and graphic novels such as the Mapmakers series, a two time ALA "Best Graphic Novels for Children Reading List" selection, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Stranger Things. When he's not scribbling down ideas, he can be found exploring New England with his family. Amanda Castillo is a comic artist, illustrator, and storyteller, born and raised in the Bay Area of California. Having grown up inspired by piles of manga, games about friendship and adventure, and the endless wonders of the California outdoors, Amanda went on to study illustration to hone a skill set to tell warm and heartfelt stories that could be enjoyed and remembered by someone like you! After getting into the comics world through working with Youth in Decline, Amanda has since contributed to publishers such as BOOM! Studios, Lion Forge, and now Random House Graphic. In addition to making comics, Amanda has shown work in galleries domestically and helped judge annual comics awards. When not making comics, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones, making warm and hearty meals, learning to tend to plants, and taking in the lovely moments the world has to offer.
