Lily Grim and The City of Undone

Lily Grim and The City of Undone tells the story of Lily Grim, whose life is shrouded in mystery.

She has lived with her guardian, Gabriel, in their rundown second-hand shop in the City of Undone, for as long as she can remember.

For years, the city-dwellers have existed in uneasy discord with The Others—a community of wanderers forced to seek refuge within the city walls after being driven from their nomadic camps in the wilderness. Undone is a dark and perilous place, particularly for the Others: feared for their special gifts, they face persecution from the city's cruel Master, who consigns them to the Ring—a prison few ever leave.

When the Master captures Gabriel and imprisons him in the Ring, Lily's life is spared by a young Other boy named Dekka. He reveals to her a hidden Otherworld thriving beneath the City of Undone. Astonishingly, Lily discovers that she is an Other too, possessing powerful gifts, and now finds herself in grave peril as the Master seeks her death. But why?

Can Lily uncover the secrets of her identity and origins? And will her newfound friends be able to rescue Gabriel before time runs out?
