"A refreshingly creative and systematic guide that reframes ADHD from something you feel you have to fix into something you can actually understand, so you can start working with your brain, not against it." – Connor DeWolfe, TikTok creator and ADHD activist

Does your brain sprint ahead of you like a cheetah on the chase?

Or get distracted by every shiny new idea like a curious magpie?

Do you have a WONDERFULLY WILD ADHD brain?

Made for people with ADHD (or those who want to know more about it) this positive, must-have handbook celebrates both the tricky and the brilliant bits of ADHD. Using playful animal metaphors, it explores traits many people with ADHD will recognise, while sharing tips, activities and ‘brain science’ explanations to help you understand your ADHD better.

Written and illustrated by two authentic ADHD voices, this is the perfect book for anyone looking to work with, rather than against, their wonderfully wild, one-of-a-kind ADHD brain.

About the Author

Alice Harman is a children's author, editor and author coach. She's written more than 50 books for kids, about everything from art to outer space. She loves creating fun, thoughtful books that make big ideas feel really exciting and easy to understand. As someone with ADHD, she is passionate about spreading awareness and understanding about it.

Buse Kaçar is an illustrator from Istanbul, Turkey, currently based in Germany. She studied Plastic Arts and Painting for her bachelor’s degree and later completed teacher training after graduating. Her work mainly focuses on children’s toys, books and puzzles, and she also creates editorial illustrations. Through her art, Buse hopes to celebrate cultural diversity and contribute to a world that feels more open, inclusive and free from bias. Growing up, Buse was inspired by the cartoons she loved watching as a child. She brings that same sense of warmth, playfulness and attention to detail into her own work, hoping readers will discover something new each time they return to it. Her illustrations have been featured in several international exhibitions and she was a finalist in the commercial category of the Golden Pinwheel 2023.
