Alice Gregory has studied the science of sleep for over a decade and has over 100 published articles in her name. She is the author of Nodding Off: The Science of Sleep from Cradle to Grave. Christy Grigg trained as a primary teacher before becoming an author. Eleanor Hardiman is an illustrator and designer from Bristol, UK.
