New Releases this week that you need to add to your TBR

We've got a whole bunch of brand new non-fiction releases from the last couple of weeks that you won't want to miss. There's a bit of everything - let us know which one you would pick up!

If you're a fan of well written literary memoirs you'll love both the Dracula-inspired Stakes by Noelle McCarthy, and The Make-Believe by Hannah Murray (the actress behind amazing characters on both Skins and Game of Thrones). We also have a beautifully reflective Kiwi memoir from a doctor up North grappling with the challenges of best serving her community, A Place to Stand, and Brad Poulter's memoir, Built for This, which is about growing up and entering the Royal Navy, all whilst knowing he was different but not having the words or the people around him to understand what that meant.

For those who love learning through their non-fiction we've got a couple new title focusing on communication. Mastering Connections is about using Body Language to connect with anybody, and The Secret Language of Work is all about confident communication using helpful workplace scripts. Both look really helpful!

In the food world there's a bunch to take a look at - from new cookbooks (Lizzy's fave is the new 30 in 30, all about cooking up high protein, quick and easy, plant based meals), to the newest science of food and diet with The Age Code.

There are so many other interesting new non-fiction titles out there - everything from the power of video games in politics, to an expose on the gas and oil industry.Β

Make sure you take a look - your TBR will thank you.
