Jessica and Stephen Parry-Valentine (Author) Jessica and Stephen Parry-Valentine are an Australian couple with a love for travel and adventure. In 2014, the desire to drop everything to explore the world overwhelmed them, and before they knew it they were flying the nest and jumping on a one-way flight across the globe . . . and they have never looked back. With a passion for filmmaking and photography, they are well-known for their YouTube travel series- Flying the Nest is Australia's most popular travel channel on the platform.
